Processing Time

• Orders ship out in 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day.

• You will get an email with a tracking number who your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days once shipped.

• Expedited shipping takes 2 to 3 business days if selected at checkout.

Local Pickup

• Free local porch pickup is available if customers live in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

• Pickups are ready in 24-48 hours, and you will get an email when it is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Let us know within 7 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged. Send a photo of the box and the damaged item to heidi@shaktiforlife.com. 

• We are not responsible for packlaes lost by the postal service after they mark them as delivered, but we will help you file a claim.
